Kellco Switzerland for IKEA

One of the last pieces by Verner Panton was the Vilbert Chair for swedish furniture house IKEA. The chair consisted of four MDF boards screwed together with each other. For only 150 Deutsche Mark it was sold in two colour variations. About 3000 Vilbert chairs were sold worldwide. the`do-it-yourself´ chair had been on offer only for a year due the lacking acceptance from buyers.
